Chinese Pork Stew

Instructions

  1. Brown the pork in olive oil, then place in crock pot. Add all the remaining ingredients except the bok choy and cook on high for 4 to 4-1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
  2. Remove the orange peel, anise, and chili peppers, mix in the bok choy, plate and serve hot.
